Founded in 2010, Heidaker Land Services has been providing a variety of Land Services to a list of very impressive clients.  Our Owner, Paul Heidaker, has brought his knowledge of working within the Department of Transportation and the knowledge of working as a Consultant to many State, City and Counties together to form a Company that is knowledgeable on the many rules and regulations of the profession as well as the day to day activities that lead to a successful Project.

In 2009, Paul was the Relocation Manager of the IH 10 Katy Freeway Expansion Project in Houston Texas that handled one of the largest relocations in the State of Texas, Igloo Corporation. The HLS team brings over 150 years of combined experience in the right of way profession to all of our Projects assuring our clients they are getting experienced agents on all Projects
